Happy-go-lucky - He's carefree and cheerfully irresponsible. He takes on everything without thinking so much about what might happen. (well, more or less. )

Dauntless - He knows when danger presents itself, but he doesn't seem to pay any mind to them. He'd most likely feign courage than actually show he's scared- either way, he's too happy-go-lucky to even consider falling into fear.

Insensitive & Blunt - He'd care less about what other people think about him; especially humans. He'd speak whatever he has in mind and give his opinions straight forward even if it's rude- it's still his opinion.

Mischievous & Playful - Funny pranks and teasing tricks always amuses him. He'd enjoy teasing and pulling jokes on people for his own amusement.

Quick-witted - He doesn't believe that coming up with a decision takes a lot of time. Doesn't like dwelling on things for too long and often uses his own stock-knowledge than listen to people.

Impatient - If ever you'd ask him to wait; he would give you a five-second-silence before bothering you once again about something he wants answered or done. He wants immediate answers no matter how serious they might be- unless the person's too persistent to tell him anything- he'll grow sick of pestering you. (again, more or less. )

Fake - He mostly acts like a child and pays no attention to people around him; but in the presence of those close to his creator. He shows his great respect. He's the type to fool people about his personality and smiles; don't fall for him though- He'd always choose his own existence rather than his "friends". He's meant to not be able to keep bonds- so he's a good actor to be exact... 'nuff said.

Immature - He's childish, like I said... but he knows when to be serious. He'll be VERY serious at that point.

Mind Shift - Ability to lie to mind readers. His natural gift. He can alter his own way of thinking. His past, his identity, his knowledge, and anything else he's been through and thought about. He can use this anytime he wants to, but his limit is his belief. The stronger his belief and the thought he put to the idea, the longer the idea lasts. Unfortunately, unless you're a mind reader like the person he was required to handle)- this power is basically useless. But Kei uses this to make-up believable stories (very convincing to humans)

Teleportation - He can go any place he sees visually. He can only teleport himself and anything he can carry without much effort- NEVER A PERSON. In order to teleport to a place he's already been, he needs to put a mark somewhere on the place to return there whenever he pleases; unless it is erased or he's already reached his limit of 5 marked places. To prevent him from using this power, one must apply force to the tattoo located at his back. Not everyone will be able to apply much power but depending on the impact he's received, his teleportation may be suspended for a few weeks or so..

Blood Control - Kei chooses to use this power at times it is greatly needed. He can control his blood for fast regeneration, so he won't have blood loss or his limbs wouldn't be cut off. He could even use his blood as a weapon. However, when he stops using this, he gets extremely nauseous; depending on how long he's used it.

Increased Physical Abilities - 5 senses are not included. For every strap (those black things all over Kei's body/clothes ) Kei takes off, his strength/speed/etc. increases. However, the more straps he takes off, the more "unstable" he becomes. [ It's not like he'd take them off though. ]

History:

He is created as a demon in a day of sudden need-since no other demon had a power like he did. He's specially made to attain information THEN eliminate a meddlesome mind reader who's disturbing Hell's plans. He was able to befriend the mindreader by being a gentle, warm-hearted, patient, sweet, and happy type of guy. He was able to show that personality in front of that man, however there's been the "demon" side of him that tries to show itself. Although he's been able to contain it in front of mindreader- he eased that side of him by taking down their associates who accompanied them in their journey. The man wasn't able to know 'why', but Kei's power is good enough to show that he "didn't" have anything to so with the incident.

When he finally got the information he needed; Kei slaughters the mindreader, but lets him read what's "really" in his mind- how he killed their associates, how he's a demon, how he's been preparing for this day... It was a time he's shown his weak side. How he's almost gone insane for killing someone who's been with him for so long. Still it was the first and last time he'd let anyone affect him like that.

The information he attained was a location for human rehabilitation. Although told that he is to report the location, he hurried over to the place and went berserk- annihilating everyone.
Despite disobedience, his mistake was set aside since they had planned on doing just that. He'd been awarded with the title "Lord of Hell".

His mind went blank after everything that happened. Nothing seemed "new" to him after attaining the title. Everything was practically out of his interest. Years later, he attained his childish personality-- going back to his usual state. The experience with the mindreader had traumatized him. If he were to show up again, insanity might just take over him.

Familiar:

Looks like a pig-cat-bat-demon pet or something... It doesn't make much sounds aside from gurgling at your face. Kei usually lets Bill hide or fly someplace since he doesn't want it around.... "sometimes".

Trivia:

Undercover, he had another name to be used as a disguise. Thanks to his mindshifting abilities, that name has long been forgotten. A small reminder would trigger the bomb out of him, though.

Bill turns black when he gets angry, his fangs grow too- and Kei loves running around or teleporting just to get on the little guy's nerves.

He is meant to age along with the mind reader he had to assassin. Since he killed him at the age of 18, he stopped aging at 18.

106 years old is still pretty young. So don't be surprised when he acts like a baby~

There's only ONE way to get Kei sick; and that is by making him use his Blood Control powers... Unless... You "find" another way.

Although unable to keep bonds, Kei is extremely awkward in reacting to any form of affection. Which is why he mostly avoids them.

To people interested in him. .... Let me give you a hint... You need to "mean" something to Kei before he starts to consider "liking" you.
